Kanye West Sued by MyChannel for Allegedly Stealing Tech for Sunday Service

TMZ covered the lawsuit by MyChannel against Kanye West and his Yeezy brand which includes allegations: that West and Yeezy wrongfully used MyChannel’s technology for his viral “Sunday Service” e-commerce platform, and breached an oral partnership and their fiduciary duties. New York City, Chicago, and Salt Lake City Offices Press Forward for Those Who Assisted PPP Agents

Forbes Magazine has run a story covering the National PPP Loan class action on behalf of accountants, CPAs, lawyers, and others. Our New York City Office (Zumpano Patricios & Popok) Managing Partner – Michael Popok has taken the lead on the case for the firm. In the article, Popok remarks: “It is the agent who is closest to the main street/mom and pop borrower, not the bank. Without the ‘labor’ of the agent, many of the businesses would fail altogether to apply for the loan…” Popok will lead the Zumpano Patricios attorneys in New York, Illinois, and Utah on the case.
