The Miami Herald featured an article on the opening of ZP&W's office in Chicago. The Chicago office, located at Old Orchard Towers, will open with three attorneys, including a strong managing partner, Arthur Bresnahan. The Chicago office will be capable of handling a wide array of matters from transnational and traditional corporate work to litigation and alternative dispute resolution. Joseph Zumpano stated that "we are thrilled to open in Chicago with this remarkable talent as an entry point in our nation's Midwest." Mr. Zumpano's association with Bresnahan spans 20 years, and is rooted in their law school days when the two were roommates while attending Georgetown University Law Center. Mr. Bresnahan stated that "it has been exciting to see Joe's firm take pioneering strides in the business of law, and produce such outstanding results for clients. Chicago is ready for this vision and I am thrilled to be part of the firm and its growth." The Chicago office will also include Arthur S. Bresnahan, father of the managing partner, as senior counsel, and Patrick Huver, as an associate. Bresnahan Sr. has extensive experience in litigation and alternative dispute resolution and Mr. Huver has experience in estate planning, business law, asset protection planning and nonprofit law. Governed by Zumpano Patricios Winker & Bresnahan, LLC, the Chicago office is organized as a law firm joint venture for the provision of legal services in the State of Illinois.
