Zumpano Patricios Welcomes Three New Attorneys

Zumpano Patricios is pleased to announce that Jonathan Zwibel has joined the firm as Of Counsel in our Miami headquarters. Mr. Zwibel brings 32 years of experience with U.S. Customs and Border Protection's Office of Chief Counsel, including 20 years as Deputy Associate Chief Counsel for the Southeast and Caribbean Region. His practice focuses on international trade and travel, customs penalties and seizures, import and export procedures, and the laws protecting cultural antiquities from illicit trafficking.
Mr. Zwibel is an Adjunct Professor at the University of Miami School of Law and teaches two courses: (1) Customs Law, and (2) Cultural Property and Antiquities Trafficking. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Pennsylvania and his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Miami. He is admitted to practice in Florida.

Zumpano Patricios is pleased to welcome Alexa Guerra as an Associate Attorney in our Miami headquarters. Before joining the firm, Ms. Guerra was an associate at a boutique law firm, where she built a strong foundation in business law and commercial litigation.
Ms. Guerra earned her B.S. from Florida State University and graduated cum laude with a J.D./MBA from the University of Miami, focusing on business law, contract negotiation, and corporate finance.
She is admitted to practice in Florida.

Zumpano Patricios is pleased to welcome Rachel Rosinski as an Associate Attorney in our Houston office. Ms. Rosinski works alongside the Partner-in-Charge H. Julian Frachtman on complex labor and employment disputes and general civil matters. She also has experience in estate planning, probate and trust litigation, and real estate litigation.
A native Houstonian and first-generation attorney, Ms. Rosinski earned her B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin and her J.D. from South Texas College of Law. She is admitted to practice in Texas.
