Zumpano Patricios Welcomes Partner-in-Charge, Ayesha R. Mehdi, to Las Vegas Office

Zumpano Patricios is pleased to announce Ayesha R. Mehdi has joined the firm as Partner-in-Charge of the Las Vegas office of Zumpano Patricios (Zumpano Patricios & Helsten, PLLC).
Ms. Mehdi represents healthcare institutions and practitioners under Nevada and federal healthcare law. Her work primarily involves physician and dental practices, pharmacies, nurse practitioners, and management services organizations, and includes advising health systems in connection with regulatory, transactional, and compliance matters. Her regulatory practice addresses matters involving the Corporate Practice of Medicine doctrine, Stark Law, the Anti-Kickback Statute, HIPAA, and state and federal fraud and abuse laws.

Ms. Mehdi earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Walsh College (Michigan), a Juris Doctor from the University of Kansas School of Law, and a Master of Health Services Administration from the University of Kansas Medical Center. She holds a Master of Laws in National and Global Health Law from Georgetown University Law Center.
