Elena Scemama is an Associate Attorney at Zumpanos Patricios. Her professional journey before law school included roles as a Business Analyst in Ernst & Young’s M&A department and as a Project Manager in a healthcare startup in Tel Aviv. She is a native French speaker and speaks fluent Hebrew. Elena went on to receive her Juris Doctor’s Degree from Cardozo School of Law and her Bachelor’s Degree in Finance at Reichman University in Israel. She also previously interned at the Miami-Dade Public Defender’s office, and at an entertainment law firm gaining experience in both litigation and transactional matters. Elena also served as a Teaching Assistant in Corporate and Family Law, and authored a paper on the impact of Brexit on British entities, which was selected for publication by her professor.

Following her graduation from law school, Elena transitioned into consulting with Beckway in New York, focusing on operational efficiency and procurement optimization for private equity takeovers.
