Sebastian Jaramillo is an Income Partner at Zumpano Patricios and a Board-Certified Specialist in Real Estate Law by The Florida Bar. He concentrates his practice on complex real estate matters, including commercial and residential transactions, landlord-tenant disputes, and real estate litigation. With nearly two decades of experience in the practice of law, Mr. Jaramillo provides strategic counsel to developers, investors, landlords, and other stakeholders across the real estate industry.

 

Before joining Zumpano Patricios, Mr. Jaramillo operated his own boutique real estate practice and went on to lead the real estate practice groups at several law firms. His diverse background enables him to guide clients through the full life cycle of real estate transactions and disputes with a practical, solutions-oriented approach.

 

Mr. Jaramillo earned his B.A. in Economics, with honors, from Florida International University, his J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law, and his LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Alabama.
