Zumpano Patricios is pleased to welcome back Mitch Mandell as Managing Partner of the Westchester County, New York Office (Zumpano Patricios & Mandell).
Mitch received his B.A. from Rutgers University in 1982, and his Juris Doctorate degree from Boston University School of Law in 1985. He brings nearly 40 years of experience handling commercial litigation and employment matters and corporate transactions in a wide variety of industries. His litigation practice focuses on the resolution of commercial disputes involving domestic and foreign businesses.
Mitch has guided many organizations through various stages of growth, helping them to raise security and funding, draft shareholder and partnership agreements, address employee, labor, and intellectual property issues, and has also represented their interests in bankruptcy when necessary. He also consults on the legal and ethical issues in artificial intelligence and robotics, and is regularly called upon to speak about, and contribute to articles written about, these perpetually advancing technologies.
