New Regulations Have Law Firms Fielding Questions, South Florida Business Journal Book of Law

The 2011 South Florida Business Journal Book of Law featured an article on law firms in South Florida fielding client inquiries concerning new regulations and compliance issues. Mr. Zumpano was extensively quoted in the article. Mr. Zumpano stated that "(t)he firm hears often from clients with questions about how health care reform affects them and how to comply with the new provisions. It's often quite complex and new regulations have to be reconciled with old regulations already on the books."
