The article focused on the "unprecedented run of growth" that law firms have been enjoying and how that has impacted how they address their space needs. Citing the growth of emerging firms, the article stated: "In just two years, Miami based Zumpano Patricios & Winker, P.A. has increased its size from three attorneys to 27 in Florida, Mexico, Panama, Costa Rica and the Bahamas. The Miami office alone has expanded from three attorneys occupying 2000 square feet to 15 lawyers in 5,800 square feet."

That kinda growth is wild. From 3 to 27 attorneys across multiple countries? Props to Zumpano Patricios for scaling like that. Real estate needs def change fast when you're expanding that quick. Reminds me of when I was buying my place—figuring out how long does it take for an offer to be accepted on a house felt like forever, lol.
