Jaroslaw Chalas is the Attorney Coordinator for the Zumpano Patricios Satellite Office in Warsaw, Poland. Mr. Chalas is also Managing Partner, lawyer, and founder of the Chalas & Partners Law Firm.

 

Mr. Chalas is experienced in the field of procedural law, corporate disputes, mergers, and acquisitions. He also focuses on contract law. He has been representing the interests of the largest Polish companies and foreign corporations for 29 years. He has advised on many well-known privatization, restructuring, and investment projects of leading enterprises on the Polish market.

He has authored many studies in the field of commercial law. He has also been a lecturer and speaker at many conferences and seminars. As a member of the Business Center Club, he gives opinions on draft laws and changes in legal regulations. He has been managing the Chalas & Partners Law Firm for almost 30 years, constantly improving its development strategies, and ensuring the highest level of services provided, which is reflected in the awarding of many awards and distinctions to Chalas & Partners.
