Ashley Lemon is a Senior Paralegal in the firm's Houston office (Zumpano Patricios), where she supports complex civil litigation and plays a key role in the development and operations of the Firm’s Houston office. Ms. Lemon brings extensive experience in litigation strategy, case management, and investigative oversight, providing high-level support in matters involving commercial disputes, business torts, employment, and high-exposure civil claims. Her primary objective in every case is to create organized, evidence-driven frameworks that strengthen litigation strategy, reduce risk, and position matters for successful resolution at trial or through negotiated settlement.

Ms. Lemon serves as Senior Paralegal, overseeing case development from intake through trial preparation. She manages complex discovery, coordinates witnesses, conducts in-depth factual investigations, prepares trial exhibits, and assists in drafting substantive pleadings and dispositive motions. In addition to her litigation responsibilities, she develops internal systems that enhance workflow efficiency, client communication, and case tracking across departments.

Beyond her firm responsibilities, Ms. Lemon designed the Continuing Education Paralegal Program at the University of Houston–Downtown, where she also serves as the instructor. She is a featured speaker at the University’s 2026 Law Summit, contributing practical insight on litigation strategy, investigative methodology, and modern law practice operations. Her professional focus remains centered on elevating the role of paralegals in complex litigation while mentoring the next generation of legal professionals.
