Danit Ashkenazi Darmon is an Income Partner at Zumpano Patricios. She received her Juris Doctor and Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Miami School of Law and School of Business. While attending the University of Miami, Danit spent a semester abroad in Paris where she earned an LL.M. in International Law from the Universitè Paris Descartes. Throughout law and business school, Danit clerked for several international law firms, both in Miami and Tel Aviv where she gained experience in representing clients that ranged from startups to Fortune 500 companies. Danit has since then represented clients in a broad range of commercial matters, including corporate transactions, general corporate counseling, trademark law, commercial litigation, anti-corruption, and employment law. Danit speaks Spanish, Hebrew, and French.
