Abner Arosemena Ceville is an Attorney Coordinator for the Zumpano Patricios Satellite Office in Panama City. Mr. Arosemena is a certified mediator and conciliator recognized by the Ministry of Government of Panama under Registration No. 1946. He focuses his practice on tax law, corporate law, and administrative regulatory matters, advising local, international, and multinational companies. Mr. Arosemena provides legal services in tax compliance, tax planning, and obtaining licenses, as well as corporate structuring and governance. He also practices in general administrative regulatory matters, including representing clients in petitions, legal actions before administrative entities, and public bidding processes on behalf of proponents interested in contracting with the Panamanian State. Additionally, he offers experience in alternative dispute resolution for both corporate and private clients.

Mr. Arosemena is fluent in Spanish and English and has an intermediate proficiency in French.
