Brian D. Fernandez is an Associate Attorney at Zumpano Patricios. He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law. While attending law school, Mr. Fernandez served as a legal intern for the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s Office and as a law clerk at the United States Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of Florida. He also served as a legal intern at the University of Miami Health Rights Clinic, where he assisted in the representation of clients with health impairments in immigration and public benefits related matters. Mr. Fernandez also worked at Zumpano Patricios as a law clerk where he developed experience in healthcare litigation.
