Admitted to practice in Nevada and Utah, Bradley R. Helsten is the Managing Partner of Zumpano Patricios’s Salt Lake City office. With over 34 years of legal experience, Mr. Helsten is a trusted counselor in real estate law, corporate structures, and business transactions. He has represented local, regional, and national clients in the development, acquisition, financing, and disposition of multifamily and commercial real estate projects. His experience includes CMBS securitized financing, bridge financing, hard money lending, construction loans, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and HUD multifamily and senior housing facility programs.

Mr. Helsten has extensive experience in corporate structuring and business operations, guiding clients through entity formation, governance, complex commercial transactions, mergers and acquisitions and wealth transfer planning. His practice also has included advising self-storage operators and coworking companies on acquisitions, sales, and financing of hundreds of facilities nationwide. Additionally, he represents fast food restaurant franchisees across seven states, assisting clients with their legal needs regarding real estate development, acquisitions, and operational matters.

Beyond real estate and corporate matters, Mr. Helsten represents a U.S. flag carrier airline, providing counsel on fleet acquisition, FAA and International Registry matters, business development, fleet management, and financing. He also has experience handling legal disputes in state and federal courts, with a track record of successfully advocating for clients' interests.
