Tamara Gavrilova is a litigation associate with Zumpano Patricios & Popok, the New York office of the firm, where she is also part of the Transactions Division. She focuses her practice on commercial, financial services, employment and class action litigation and business counseling. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Gavrilova represented institutional investors in corporate governance and fiduciary duty litigation. She also worked in Israel, where among her corporate work, she also advised clients on U.S. securities and U.S. governance related matters, and served as a foreign law clerk for Justice Daphne Barak-Erez of the Supreme Court of Israel. Additionally, Ms. Gavrilova worked as a Securities and Exchange Commission Intern in the Enforcement Division in Washington, D.C. In law school, she was an Articles Editor for the Cornell Journal of Law and Public Policy. Ms. Gavrilova also speaks Russian and Hebrew.
