Nicole Graham is an Associate at Zumpano Patricios. She holds a law degree from the University of Florida and is licensed to practice law in Ohio and Florida. During law school, Nicole completed a thesis on the development of electronic medical records and worked as a Summer Associate in the Cleveland Clinic’s Office of General Counsel.
Nicole most recently worked in community relations and development at the Anti-Defamation League. She previously worked at a boutique law firm specializing in health care, regulatory, and intellectual property law. Nicole served as a federal judicial clerk for the Honorable Jose E. Martinez in the United States District Court, Southern District of Florida. She has a background in public affairs, beginning her career as a government affairs consultant at the MS Society and later working as a Florida Senate Senior Legislative Aide.
Nicole volunteers as a Guardian Ad Litem Attorney, representing children in dependency and family law matters. She is a board member of Miami’s Next Leaders, the Co-Chair of National Council of Jewish Women’s Miami Advocacy Committee, and Chair-Elect of the Junior League of Miami’s Public Affairs Committee.
Nicole graduated from the Johns Hopkins University with a B.A. in the History of Science and a concentration in Public Health. At Hopkins, Nicole was a Woodrow Wilson Fellow and focused her research on the policies and politics of health care delivery in the United States and Canada.
