JIANG ZHU*

 

Jiang Zhu is licensed to practice law in China and assists Partner-in-Charge, Mark Fang, in the Queens location of the firm's New York office (Zumpano Patricios & Popok). Mr. Zhu received his L.L.M. from the Benjamin Cardozo School of Law, where he was also a staff editor of the Cardozo International & Comparative Law Review.

 

Mr. Zhu has practiced law at some of China’s top corporate law firms. He was recently the manager of the legal department of a public company. Mr. Zhu brings experience in the areas of corporate and commercial law, overseas and cross-border investment, real estate, commercial and corporate transactions,  in both the United States and China.
